Mark your calendars for April 27th, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Sellwood-Moreland Public Library. This will be the first in a series of endorsement and organizational meetings. Our focus will be on reviewing the endorsement process and beginning the evaluations of candidates, starting with District 2.  Portland’s adoption of a new government structure featuring 4 districts, 3 representatives per district elected using Single Transferable Vote (STV), and public financing of campaigns is a unique opportunity.
